This year\, SXILL’s influence on the national stage was further solidified as our founder\, Vineet Raj Kapoor\, successfully completed his tenure as the Chief Expert for Industrial Design Technology (IDT) for the Eastern region. \nOrganized by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE)\, the competition held in the East showcased a surge in innovation from states like Odisha and Bihar. As Chief Expert\, Vineet Raj Kapoor was responsible for: \n\nStandardizing Evaluation: Aligning regional judging criteria with international WorldSkills\nTechnical Oversight: Managing the workflow for CAD (Computer-Aided Design)\, 3D rendering\, and physical prototyping modules.\nMentorship: Guiding the jury to identify designers who balance aesthetic form with manufacturable function.\n\nThe East Regionals proved that Indian youth are ready to compete on a global scale.
