I would like to share an actionable plan that you can use with Gamifying Skill Training. And if possible play a game to think our way out of a problem. remember, that the core of gamification is involuntariness and my actionable plan is about building choices into any process including delivering of knowledge/ learning.

If possible, I would like to share a case study as a take away. However let me see how it shapes up.
