Vineet Raj Kapoor, Founder SXILL and Chandigarh Design School was conferred with ‘Education Excellence in Higher Education’ Award by ObserveNow at the Education Leaders Conclave held on 5 Jun 2025.
Vineet Raj Kapoor (Indian IDT Expert Worldskills, and Founder SXILL) shared “This is a Special Addition to our growing shelf of Awards, as this is an acknowledgement of my efforts to innovate and evolve education and skilling. Earlier Awards were awarded to our Education and Training Institutes SXILL and Chandigarh Design School, which are an epitome of our work in the field of education. This Award recognizes my entire body of work in the field of education and skilling. It doesn’t stop here, as we would continue to change education everyday.” This was just another day for Vineet Raj Kapoor, current Indian Expert for Industrial Design Technology, who led India’s campaign for IDT at Worldskills, Lyon, France in September, 2024.
Centered around the theme “Higher Education 4.0, The AI Revolution,” the conclave will explore groundbreaking advancements, innovative practices, and transformative methodologies. With a focus on cutting-edge technologies and forward-thinking strategies, this event will redefine how we approach teaching, learning, and knowledge engagement in the Education Industry.
At the ObserveNow 10th Education Leaders Conclave & Awards 2025, the final panel of the day delved into a critical theme: “𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞-𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞-𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲, 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬” Eminent education leaders and policy influencers shared their insights on how institutions can stay agile and innovative in the face of rapid technological, societal, and industry changes. From curriculum transformation to infrastructure resilience and digital adaptability, this panel laid out a visionary path forward. A truly inspiring session to wrap up a day full of knowledge, collaboration, and purpose!
