
Chandigarh Design School has signed an MoU with Stieglitz Academy, St Petersburg. This MoU was signed in the presence of various Design and Animation luminaries during the RICS Conference at St Petersburg.
Chandigarh Design School signs an MoU to collaborate with Stieglitz Academy, St Petersburg a top rated Design University for faculty / student exchange and other collaborations for the mutual benefit of their students. This brings the CDS advantage to the students from across the world study at Stieglitz Campus. This makes us the first international partner of the University from India.

The MOU with Stieglitz Academy covers to collaboration over academics, research, student and faculty mobility. This initiative would bring world class Indian Education to their students besides allowing Indian students to savour the same in India with the same visionary team.
This MOU was signed during the RICS during the International Conference on Creative Economies at St Petersburg on 9 October 2025 in front of International Leaders in Creative fields.
Stieglitz Academy is the oldest College of Design in Russia with a 75 year history. SXILL is India’s Pioneer and Leader in Animation Upskilling, while Chandigarh Design School is the first NSDC affiliate for UIUX Design.
In another pioneering effort it becomes the first Skill Provider to have 4 International MoUs – SAE, Dubai, NUST MISIS,Moscow, Stieglitz Academy, St Petersburg and Universal University, Moscow.
