
Chandigarh Design School has signed an MoU with Universal University Moscow. This MoU was signed in the presence of various Design and Animation luminaries during the RICS Conference at St Petersburg.
On the left is Afanasiy Savvin, Head of Higher Education, Universal University and on the right is Vineet Raj Kapoor, Founder, Chandigarh Design School and SXILL. Later Universal University invited him for a complete tour of the beautiful Universal University Campus in the Art District personally conducted by the Professors.
The MOU with Universal University covers to collaboration over academics, research, student and faculty mobility. This initiative would bring world class Indian Education to their students besides allowing Indian students to savour the same in India with the same visionary team.
This MOU was signed during the RICS during the International Conference on Creative Economies at St Petersburg on 9 October 2025 in front of International Leaders in Creative fields.
Universal University is one of the largest Universities in Moscow centres around Art and Design. SXILL is India’s Pioneer and Leader in Animation Upskilling, while Chandigarh Design School is the first NSDC affiliate for UIUX Design.
In another pioneering effort it becomes the first Skill Provider to have 3 International MoUs – SAE, Dubai, NUST MISIS,Moscow and Universal University, Moscow.
