Panel Discussion for “Civil Society Building on Creating Child Friendly Chandigarh”

Vineet Raj Kapoor was the chairperson on panel discussion on “Right to Safety” organised by Dept. for Social Work, Panjab University, Chandigarh.
The discussion was regarding How we can teach children to be safe by use of animation as mode of teaching a child.The cartoons/animations nowadays are full of violence. This does promotes a sense of aggression among the children. How can we avoid this? Is it time to have a grading like PG, A etc for cartoons?
