Vineet Raj Kapoor, Chandigarh Design School Founder conducts Design Thinking Workshop at Central Tool Room & Training Centre, Odisha in this domain for the candidates and Faculty. Vineet Raj Kapoor is a Certified Trainer for UIUX Design Qualification Pack from NASSCOM / IT-ITES under NSDC Skill India.

In the present scenario of industrialization; particularly in the engineering field, requirements of specialized tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, moulds, gauges and other precision components are indispensable. Simultaneously demand for quality Tool makers, Tool & Product Designers, Skilled manufacturers, PLC & Industrial Automation engineers and Maintenance Engineers is also growing rapidly. Central Tool Room & Training Centre (CTTC), Bhubaneswar is one of such training, production, design and consultancy centre established in technical cooperation programme between Govt. of India & Govt. of Denmark to meet the above requirements. The excellent infrastructural facilities like land, building etc. have been contributed by Govt. of Orissa. Training activities started in 1991 and Tool production in 1995.

CTTC is unique in imparting industry oriented long & short term training programmes on CAD/CAM, Tool Design & Manufacturing, Tool & Die Making, CNC Programming & Machining, Machine Maintenance, CCNA, Industrial Automation, VLSI, Hardware & Networking Management, ITI (Machinist/Welder) etc. CTTC believes in PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT.

Vineet Raj Kapoor (Indian IDT Expert Worldskills, and Founder CDS) shared “Chandigarh Design School is always committed to excellence and this is nowhere acknowledged better than at Odisha. In Odisha, the skilling ecosystem is unmatched in India. They start early, and they ensure that all stakeholders are on board. During these two days I trained the faculty at Worldskill ecosystem as well as about the marking systems and also specifically about the Industrial Design Technology Skill. I also did a Design Thinking Workshop for Faculty at CTTC Odisha. CTTC is the central body involved in mentoring candidates for Indiaskills and Worldskills.”

Panel Discussion by representatives of Indian Delegation at ACE Fair 2025, Gwangju, South Korea

Gwangju, South Korea— The 20th ACE Fair will be held on 28-31 August 2025 at Kimdaejung Centre, Gwangju, South Korea. 

A panel discussion titled “Next-Gen Talent & Global Collaborations: India's Animation, Gaming & VFX Evolution” is planned in the context. Speakers, including Tarun Chilikapudi (Greengold) and Bejoy Arputharaj (Phantom FX), shall offer Korean studios practical advice on collaborating with Indian counterparts. The panel would be moderated by Vineet Raj Kapoor, Founder Chandigarh Design School, who would be leading the Indian Delegation to Korea this year. He has led the Indian Delegation to Korea since 2016.

He would also be a part of the panel discussion organized by ACE Fair Gwangju on the topic of Next-Gen : Talent and Global Collaborations specially involving Indian Animation and FX community.

Our goal would be is to move beyond the outdated notion of India as just an outsourcing destination and to explore the real, high-value partnerships possible in animation, gaming, and VFX. We have leaders here from across the Indian ecosystem to tell us how.

Organized by Promdiz.Space as International Conference on Industrial Design at Krasnoyarsk, Siberia on 12-14 November 2025. Leaders from multiple Design Studios and Government bodies shared their experiences and challenges. The panel consisted of Yu. V. Filatova, A. I. Chernikov, Margarita Parandino, Sergey Smirnov, Pavel Konovich, Vineet Raj Kapoor, Ivan Myachev.

Later in the day, Vineet Raj Kapoor was the International Keynote speaker as he presented a speech on The Indian model of industrial design development: from educational programs to industrial partnerships.

We at SXILL and Chandigarh Design School are happy to represent India once again! Our founder was invited to visit Federal Siberian University for interaction with the students of Industrial Design. Organized by Promdiz.Space as International Conference on Industrial Design at Krasnoyarsk, Siberia on 12-14 November 2025. 

On Nov 14, 2025, Vineet Raj Kapoor visited the Federal Siberian University with all other Expert Speakers (incidentally children's day in India). He was amazed and felt humbled when the students surrounded him for my autograph and comments. He was happy to help them get feedback on their projects and portfolios. This visit was organised as part of the Promdiz.Space Event at Krasnoyarsk. Students are the same all over the world! A little kindness, few gentle words of motivation and they open up!
