Is Gamification keeping up with Reality? (Corporate/ Non Profit)

It is foolish to assume that there are ungamified systems that exist. The issue is more about the gamification losing track due to changed Reality. As a gamifier our task should be to get Reality back to track or Rather, tween the system according to the Reality (NeoReality) - actually both.
This is useful for afficianados of Gamification who would try to find answers / solutions through Gamification and are many times surprised by lack of workability of solutions. I would cover environment issues which impact solutions differently in different environments. For e.g. Social work is voluntary, employment is not (even though prima facie evidence points to volutarism element of the employment system). This is not a academic discussion - it has direct implications for practitioners from the fields of military, corporate, education.
If possible, I would like to share a case study as a take away. However let me see how it shapes up.

Vineet Raj Kapoor was invited for a Design Thinking Seminar at the University Business School, at 9am-11am on 7 September 2021. The Topic was "Design Thinking"
Vineet Raj Kapoor was invited as a Panelist for a Conference at the GCEC Conference, at 9pm on 18 November 2021.
GCEC is a unique 75-day event involving Indian and global academics and professionals, which intends to celebrate this diversity with scholarly contributions from varied perspectives in this unique online conclave organized by GMEC- Global Media Education Council stretching from October 21, 2021 to April 10, 2022. The conference was held about Misinformation during COVID 19 Pandemic: Ways and Strategies to Combat it. The event was held by GMEC (Global Media Education Council).
Vineet Raj Kapoor, was part of the elite group of Lectors, namely Andrey Ermakov, WorldSkills, Russia, Kristina Skaler, WorldSkills, Croatia, Vineet Raj Kapoor, SXILL, India and Eugenio Korzhov, WorldSkills, Russia who came together to organize the Industrial Design Programme within Future Skills Education Programme and under the aegis of WorldSkills. This programme was held from 28 November 2021 to 18 December 2021. This program was of 50 hours and each lecture was held one or more Lectors.

The Topic was "Design Thinking - Empathizing with Users" on 30 November 2021, from 1:30pm-3:00pm
On invitation from MESC, for Indiaskills, Vineet Raj Kapoor, is nominated as an Jury Expert in Industrial Design Technology for Indiaskills Regionals (South) being held from 1 December 2021 to 4 December 2021. He shall be responsible to mark the candidates and select the candidate representation from South India for the Indiaskills Finals. The event would take place at Andhra Pradesh University, Vizag, Andhra Pradesh
