Vineet Raj Kapoor, is nominated for the 10th time in a row to Head the Indian Delegation of Film Makers, Producers, Financiers, Animations and Game Designers to ACE Fair, Gwangju South Korea. ACE Fair is promoted by the Korean Government, and is considered the biggest Contents Fair of Asia. The Fair is being held from 28 – 31 August, 2025.

The Participation Fee was reduced for Indian Delegation and further incentives were added for Group, Reparticipants, and Women Entrepreneurs. The Participation Fee includes an Exhibition Stall and also had FREE (part sponsored) Air Ticket, Hotel Stay and Limousine Pick and Drop for Participants. Panel Discussion by representatives of Indian Delegation at ACE Fair 2025, Gwangju, South Korea

Gwangju, South Korea— The 20th ACE Fair will be held on 28-31 August 2025 at Kimdaejung Centre, Gwangju, South Korea. 

A panel discussion titled “Next-Gen Talent & Global Collaborations: India’s Animation, Gaming & VFX Evolution” is planned in the context. Speakers, including Tarun Chilikapudi (Greengold) and Bejoy Arputharaj (Phantom FX), shall offer Korean studios practical advice on collaborating with Indian counterparts. The panel would be moderated by Vineet Raj Kapoor, Founder Chandigarh Design School, who would be leading the Indian Delegation to Korea this year. He has led the Indian Delegation to Korea since 2016.

He would also be a part of the panel discussion organized by ACE Fair Gwangju on the topic of Next-Gen : Talent and Global Collaborations specially involving Indian Animation and FX community.

Our goal would be is to move beyond the outdated notion of India as just an outsourcing destination and to explore the real, high-value partnerships possible in animation, gaming, and VFX. We have leaders here from across the Indian ecosystem to tell us how.

Speaker at Roundtable on Skilling Ecosystem at Indian Pavilion Dubai Expo

Media & Entertainment Skills Council, (MESC), one the pioneer council for skill training for M&E domain, is hosting an Industry-Academia round table discussion titled “Fostering Skilling ecosystem by exchange of Knowledge, service & resources” in association with FICCIon 23rd March at Dubai Expo 2020 in Dubai. Focused on bridging the skills gap increasingly faced by students and young professionals entering the media and entertainment sector, the hybrid event brought together academic and profession experts from across the world to discuss ways of working together to address this challenge. The live event, hosted in Dubai, will also livestream for audience who tuned in online from across the world via MESC website and social media platform.

The core area of the discussion during round table would be Strengthening Skilling Ecosystem between India & UAE, Building Capacity of Trainers & master trainer as per International Standards, Opportunity for student, trainers & professionals between India & UAE, Collaboration of Industry- Academia & Academia- Academia and Exchange of content & learning as well.

Vineet Raj Kapoor (Founder SXILL) expressed concern over trying the failed left brain training methodologies to right brain training. He shared that putting a duration on SKILL Training was an unsound approach, and pleaded everyone to take a fresh look at Skilling and freeing it from the clutches of a formal time based system. He suggested using a Level Achievement approach more often used in Gaming and Sports. He also shared the importance of Design Thinking. He shared how SXILL has already implemented a completely open and transparent education system in February 2020 and was willing to share the approach with progrssive educationists.
