Vineet Raj Kapoor, Founder of Chandigarh Design School and a leading expert in Design Thinking, UI UX Design, and Creative Education, has been invited as a distinguished speaker at the Annual Faculty Development Program (FDP) being organized by Chandigarh Business School of Administration (CBSA), Landran, from 30 June to 4 July 2026.

The Faculty Development Program is being conducted on the theme “Trailblazing Emerging Trends in Teaching and Learning Practices aligned with NEP 2020”, bringing together educators, academicians, and industry experts to discuss innovative approaches to higher education and skill development.

As part of the program, Vineet Raj Kapoor will deliver a special session on:

“Creative Problem Solving through Design Thinking”

Design Thinking has emerged as one of the most influential frameworks for innovation, entrepreneurship, product development, and user-centered problem solving. It forms a critical component of modern UI UX Design Courses, User Experience Design Training, and contemporary design education programs worldwide.

Speaking on the invitation, Vineet Raj Kapoor said:

Design Thinking helps students and educators develop a structured approach to solving real-world problems while fostering empathy, creativity, and critical thinking. Kapoor brings over three decades of experience in design education and has been associated with national and international initiatives in UI UX Design Training, Digital Product Design, Industrial Design, Animation, and WorldSkills competitions. Through Chandigarh Design School and SXILL, he has mentored students, faculty members, and skill champions across India.
