Organized by RICS as International Conference on Creative Economies at St Petersburg on 8+9 October 2025. Leaders from multiple Studios and Government bodies would share their experiences and challenges and decide to work together to solve them.

Organized by RICS as International Conference on Creative Economies at St Petersburg on 8+9 October 2025. Leaders from multiple Studios and Government bodies shared their experiences and challenges and decided to work together to solve them.

We at SXILL and Chandigarh Design School are happy to represent India once again! We were part of the Panel Discussion on Nov 2, 2025, on Industrial Design as a Catalyst for Global Production and Economic Development for discussing hos Industrial Design has emerged as the mainstream discipline for economic development and how it is both part of Engineering as well as Creative Economies. Organized by Promdiz.Space as International Conference on Industrial Design at Krasnoyarsk, Siberia on 12-14 November 2025. Leaders from multiple Design Studios and Government bodies shared their experiences and challenges. The panel consisted of Yu. V. Filatova, A. I. Chernikov, Margarita Parandino, Sergey Smirnov, Pavel Konovich, Vineet Raj Kapoor, Ivan Myachev.

Later in the day, Vineet Raj Kapoor was the International Keynote speaker as he presented a speech on The Indian model of industrial design development: from educational programs to industrial partnerships.

PromDiz 2025 is a major professional platform that has brought together leaders in industrial design, the manufacturing sector, educational institutions, and government agencies for the third year in a row. The event fosters dialogue between theory and practice, academic knowledge and market demands, local initiatives and global trends.

On the panel you can spot Vineet Raj Kapoor (Director SXILL and Founder Chandigarh Design School) representing the Indian side of the story. He shared the story of India in Industrial Design that is now shaping Make in India and other growth stories which is fast making India an Industrial destination in addition to it being a software superpower.

We at SXILL and Chandigarh Design School are happy to represent India once again! Our founder was invited to visit Federal Siberian University for interaction with the students of Industrial Design. Organized by Promdiz.Space as International Conference on Industrial Design at Krasnoyarsk, Siberia on 12-14 November 2025. 

On Nov 14, 2025, Vineet Raj Kapoor visited the Federal Siberian University with all other Expert Speakers (incidentally children's day in India). He was amazed and felt humbled when the students surrounded him for my autograph and comments. He was happy to help them get feedback on their projects and portfolios. This visit was organised as part of the Promdiz.Space Event at Krasnoyarsk. Students are the same all over the world! A little kindness, few gentle words of motivation and they open up!

Chandigarh Design School (School of Experience Illusion and Life Learnings) founded by Technocrat Ms. Neelu Kapoor and Worldskills Design Mentor Prof. Vineet Raj Kapoor was selected by Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Odisha Skills Councils to train and mentor India’s Indiaskills candidates for Industrial Design Technology and Digital Interactive Media Design for Indiaskills Nationals. These candidates were Gold and Silver Position holders in their respective Regionals. now being trained at Chandigarh Design School at Chandigarh. The candidates come from leading Design Institutes like NID Ahmedabad, NIFT Mumbai, NID Bhopal, CTTC Bhubaneswar, Atlas University, Mumbai, DOT Design School, Chennai, among others

Speaking on the occasion, the Founder Vineet Raj Kapoor, Chief Expert (DIMD) and Chief Expert (IDT) and various Regionals and State Competitions and Lead Expert Worldskills France (Industrial Design) for Indiaskills said “I am fortunate to work with these top students and find it invigorating to help them grasp the nuances of design and giving them tips to score points at Worldskills. It is a challenge since they have studied under the best of teachers and mentors of India. However, we have developed a very good rapport and they find learning at SXILL equally rewarding. SXILL students have worked at the Top in leading organizations including Sony, Yatra.com, Gaana.com as well as Directed top animated shows like ‘Motu Patlu’ and even independent artists like Sukh-E the singer amongst others. SXILL students own leading IT companies in the region like Intelligaia, Trabug, Creative Peppers etc.”

The Voronezh International Animation Festival, sometimes known as AniMakers, is a growing Russian event focusing on animation creation, industry business, and education, featuring screenings, masterclasses, and competitions for all ages, with strong government support and a goal to boost Voronezh's creative profile in the animation world. It welcomes international submissions and aims to connect creators, studios, and audiences through workshops and film showcases, even hosting school competitions for special prizes.

The Festival Organizers reached out to SXILL and Chandigarh Design School Founder Vineet Raj Kapoor to invite him as Jury for Voronezh International Animation Festival 2026. The Festival would take place from 22-24 May 2026
