Chandigarh Design School Founder is NSDC Certified UIUX Expert

NASSCOM Certified UIUX Design Trainer, Vineet Raj Kapoor

Vineet Raj Kapoor (Indian IDT Expert Worldskills, and Founder SXILL) shared “I am happy to share that I have successfully been certified as Certified Trainer for the Qualification Pack of User Experience Designer (SSC/Q8404) - v2.0 conforming to National Skill Qualification Framework Level – 5.”

NASSCOM's skilling initiatives aim to bridge the skills gap in the IT-BPM industry and empower individuals with digital skills. They offer various programs, including FutureSkills Prime, which focuses on emerging technologies, and initiatives targeting marginalized youth and women through the Skilling and Employability program. Today NASSCOM is the IT-ITES Skill Sector Council for Government of India, under NSDC.

Neelu Kapoor (Indiaskills Graphic Design Technology Jury) and Founder SXILL said “This Certification brings more transparency to the UIUX Design learners of India, since many of them have lost precious time and money to spurious online courses with dubious certificates. UIUX Designer Certification through NASSCOM/ NSDC ensures that our students get verifiable credentials that stay behind them all their life and are also part of the NSQF and get entered in their APAR Accounts aka Academic Bank of Credits. This is the only government recognized Certificate Course in India.”

NASSCOM Certified UIUX Design Trainer, Vineet Raj Kapoor shared that they are starting a special course for practicing UIUX Designers as well so that they can shore up their skills while also acquiring the missing qualification. There is a longer UIUX Design course for fresher wherein we have a sprint based learning methodology akin to the actual workplace environment.”

Vineet Raj Kapoor is a Certified Trainer for UIUX Design Qualification Pack from NASSCOM / IT-ITES under NSDC Skill India.

In the present scenario of industrialization; particularly in the engineering field, requirements of specialized tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, moulds, gauges and other precision components are indispensable. Simultaneously demand for quality Tool makers, Tool & Product Designers, Skilled manufacturers, PLC & Industrial Automation engineers and Maintenance Engineers is also growing rapidly. Central Tool Room & Training Centre (CTTC), Bhubaneswar is one of such training, production, design and consultancy centre established in technical cooperation programme between Govt. of India & Govt. of Denmark to meet the above requirements. The excellent infrastructural facilities like land, building etc. have been contributed by Govt. of Orissa. Training activities started in 1991 and Tool production in 1995.

CTTC is unique in imparting industry oriented long & short term training programmes on CAD/CAM, Tool Design & Manufacturing, Tool & Die Making, CNC Programming & Machining, Machine Maintenance, CCNA, Industrial Automation, VLSI, Hardware & Networking Management, ITI (Machinist/Welder) etc. CTTC believes in PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT.

Our founder presented the The Indian Industrial Design Growth Story for discussing how Industrial Design has emerged as the mainstream discipline for economic development in India’s surge in automotive sector and other sectors. Organized by Promdiz.Space as International Conference on Industrial Design at Krasnoyarsk, Siberia on 12-14 November 2025. Leaders from multiple Design Studios and Government bodies shared their experiences and challenges. 

On Nov 13, 2025, Vineet Raj Kapoor was the International Keynote speaker as he presented a welcome speech on The Indian Industrial Design Growth. Discusses how industrial design influences industry development in India, the world’s largest producer of tractors and motorcycles, and shares information about training industry specialists. Simultaneous interpretation provided.

PromDiz 2025 is a major professional platform that has brought together leaders in industrial design, the manufacturing sector, educational institutions, and government agencies for the third year in a row. We at SXILL and Chandigarh Design School are happy to represent India once again! Our founder was invited to visit Federal Siberian University for interaction with the students of Industrial Design. Organized by Promdiz.Space as International Conference on Industrial Design at Krasnoyarsk, Siberia on 12-14 November 2025. 

On Nov 14, 2025, Vineet Raj Kapoor visited the Federal Siberian University with all other Expert Speakers (incidentally children's day in India). He was amazed and felt humbled when the students surrounded him for my autograph and comments. He was happy to help them get feedback on their projects and portfolios. This visit was organised as part of the Promdiz.Space Event at Krasnoyarsk. Students are the same all over the world! A little kindness, few gentle words of motivation and they open up!
